Please be reminded of our new policy regarding multiple heads. Distributors shall be allowed to purchase only up to a maximum of seven (7) heads/slots registered under his/her name.

Violation of the above policy shall be dealt with accordingly.

SUBJECT: AMENDED CHINATRUST REQUIREMENTS
DATE: January 24, 2013

This is to inform all Distributors regarding the amended requirements for the processing of Chinatrust ATM.

All applicants must provide the ff:
1. Passport Copy;
2. Company ID or Working Visa from the country of origin;
3. Health Card or Residence Certificate from the country of origin;
4. Driver's License issued from the country of origin

If applying through a representative, please provide an authorization letter plus the above mentioned copies of valid id's.

Furthermore, those Distributors who are registered using the Philippine registration codes cannot apply for Chinatrust ATM.
