PhilPost has provided a system for tracking and you can access it by clicking here. You can also visit the specific official website of your country's postal services and access its own tracking system. Either ways, you will be able to receive an update related to the status of the shipment.
Be reminded that postal service tracking systems do not work in real-time. There can be delays in updating their records since most post offices in the Philippines have manual operations and the actual encoding in the system happens at the Central Mail Exchange Center (CMEC). This can further take more days due to weekends and holidays. Despite the normal uncontrolled delays which happens most of the time, the records will be updated. You are requested to be patient.
